Please contact Claire for more information and to book a space 07792 046 151. Booking is essential and the following points are followed:

  • Apply hand sanitiser on arrival to sessions and use regularly if you choose to share equipment.  I encourage you to also carry your own sanitiser.
  • Do not attend circuits if you have COVID, cold or flu symptoms.
  • Please can you bring your own drink to keep hydrated.
  • Each session will run for 50 minutes. This allows for at least a 10min change over time when there are two sessions back to back. Please do not arrive more then 10mins before your start time.

 

 

What is Circuits R Us?

Circuits R Us classes are aimed at over 50's or beginners to exercise but all fitness levels and adult ages are welcome. The classes are based on a circuit format that can be done at your own pace and alternatives can be given if you are unable to perform that exercise. At every class there will be a variety of different exercises used to help target weight loss, heart fitness, strength building and flexibility. Each exercise will be carried out for a short time to keep the classes varied.

Our Circuits R Us classes are fun, friendly and encouraging. All new members are always made to feel welcomed by Claire and other group members. If you would like to become fitter, healthier and happier why not come along and try a free taster session. Just turn up, or if you would like more details give Claire a call.

I'm passionate about making exercise fun, achievable and helping individuals to become fitter, healthier and happier. I will encourage you to work at your own pace and I will give support and advice throughout the classes.

For many enjoyable years I have supported beginners with their fitness and I am experienced in adapting exercises to make them suitable for each individual. For example I recognise that getting to the floor can be difficult for some members, so floor exercises are optional. I welcome any new members to classes, just turn up or give me a call if you have any questions

During the first few weeks/months I got progressively fitter and combined with eating healthier began to lose weight. Claire is a brilliant instructor and helps you all she can but still doesn’t push you further than you can go. Members are very friendly and we support each other the best we can.
